Responsible Regeneration
Leicester Social Economy Consortium (LSEC), the regeneration group behind the successful restoration of Phoenix Yard on Upper Brown Street, created Phoenix Studios from a former retail unit that had fallen into disrepair.
The Phoenix developments bring back into use the vacant, derelict land and buildings in our communities in a socially and environmentally responsible way with financial surpluses generated from the ownership and operation going to SHARP, a charity that works with homeless and poorly housed people.
